What do I need to do with my repair receipt?

If you chose to have your device repaired by a vendor outside of bolt's preferred network, you must save and upload the receipt to your claim account.

The repair vendor will give you a receipt after the repair is complete. You must upload a copy of the receipt to complete the fulfillment process and receive your reimbursement. 

If the device is nonrepairable, the vendor will give you a receipt indicating the reason it cannot be repaired. You will need to upload this receipt to the claims portal for bolt's review before we can move forward with an alternative solution.
