Common Rejection Reasons:
- Covered by BackMarket Warranty: During the first year of ownership, coverage is provided by BackMarket's warranty. The second year of coverage is provided by us if a policy has been purchased.
To obtain warranty service from the BackMarket seller, please log into your BackMarket account and request assistance through your Orders page. Alternatively, you can contact BackMarket directly at 1-855-442-6688 for further assistance in reaching the seller.
- Extended Warranty Only: Your current plan is an Extended Warranty, which only covers electrical and mechanical malfunctions or failures.
- Incident Date Outside the 30-Day Window: All claims must be reported within thirty (30) days from the discovery of the Covered Product failure, and no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of this plan.
- Stolen/ Lost Device: Your BackMarket Policy does not cover lost/ stolen.
