What Happens if My Device is Still Not Working After a Repair?

A Repair Warranty Claim may be filed if a device is still experiencing issues.

You can file a repair warranty claim through your portal within 30 days of the first repair. Please note that there are no fees or deductibles associated with this type of claim. However, it is important to understand that warranty repairs must be addressed by the original repair vendor, as outlined below:

  • Mail-In Repair: A shipping label will be available in your portal for you to send the device in for further inspection.

  • Walk-In Repair (In-Network): After filing your claim, please visit the original vendor who completed the repairs. They will be able to assess and resolve any issues and provide further repairs if necessary.

  • Walk-In Repair (Out-of-Network): Out-of-network repair vendors typically have their own repair warranty policies. Please check with the vendor directly to review the available warranty options.
