How to File a Claim for a Lost or Stolen Phone

BackMarket Policies do not cover lost or stolen devices. 

BackMarket offers two types of protection plans, neither of which covers lost or stolen devices:

  • Plan 1: Accidental Damage,(Full Coverage) which includes extended warranty coverage for accidents such as drops, cracked screens, and water damage during the coverage period.
  • Plan 2: Extended Warranty Only, which extends the device warranty by an additional 12 months and covers any malfunctions that occur during the second year.
