Additionally, make sure to use the correct URL for the platform where your policy was purchased. If you purchased your policy on BackMarket.com, the correct URL is: https://protect.boltinsurance.com/backmarket/.

Using an incorrect website or URL may result in not receiving the activation emails.

If you selected the "Hide your Email" option provided by Apple, please submit a request to DeviceProtectClaims@boltinc.com to update your email address to your preferred contact email.
