You may cancel your plan at any time pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of your policy.
If, for some reason, you wish to cancel your protection plan, you have a few options.
1. Self-service Cancellation
- Log into your BackMarket Account. Under "My Orders" go to the "Ask for help" option.
- Under "How can we help you", find "I want to cancel my protection plan".
- Choose the plan you would like to cancel and confirm your cancellation.
2. Contact BackMarket
