Mastercard - Gift Card fulfillment process

Steps to fulfill your claim with the Mastercard fulfillment method

You may choose to fulfill your claim with bolt's digital Mastercard option. 

 

Step 1: Choose Mastercard during the claims process

Step 2: Recieve Confirmation of selection:

Step 3:  Recieve confirmation email from bolt with claim fulfillment details

Email will give you details of your claim to include:

Device Make and Model 
Device Net Worth
Deductible Total
Net Reimbursement Amount

The email will instruct you to look for a second email from our Gift Card provider, Tremendous.

Step 4: Recieve email from Tremendous (Mastercard provider)

Click redeem to go to Tremendous website

Step 5: Tremendous Website - Click Redeem

Step 6: Choose Product - Select the Mastercard option

Choose Product CX-1

Step 7: Review and Click Continue

Step 7: Review and Click Activate Card

Step 7: Select Notification Option - Email or SMS or Skip

Select how you would like to be notified about card usage. You will sent updates on card usage and remaining balance. You can choose to SKIP this step if you DO NOT want notifications.

Step 8: Recieve Confirmation Email - Success! 

You can now start using your Mastercard.

Reimbursement amount = Device Value - Deductible
When using the digital card, please ensure the total cost does not exceed the balance on the card.
Digital Mastercard can be added to Apple Wallet for convenience.
